About Our Company

BLADESKIN® is an Flexliner product specifically designed for wind generation blade resurfacing and enhancement. We at BLADESKIN® are able to accomplish the following to improve and enhance to life of your wind turbine blades.

A typical blade with a manufacturer’s coating, after 5 years in service, suffers a vast reduction in surface integrity, efficiency, and performance. Structural repairs are most likely needed at this stage in the blades life cycle.

BLADESKIN® provides a green-minded technology which when applied provides strength and shell integrity. Our monolithic coating stops moisture penetration, allows for blade flexibility and high abrasion resistance creating a longer blade life.

This new resurfaced blade will now have a smooth finish which reduces debris accumulation. The new surface will not chip. With repairs and coating we may also reduce high frequency vibrations. Resurfacing with BLADESKIN® will reduce the current cost of operation.
